To get on the roof of most buildings like the skateshop you must go to the back of it then click on the top half of the shop then you can skate on it! Others can see this.
To get the ninja suit you must get 35,000 points on Ninja Skateboarding. To do this you must press a and z at the same time while you are going fast. You should hear a weird sound and slow down when you do so you can avoid hitting things. You should have all the points at least 1 minute before you finish the game at the finish line.

To walk on house walls you must click on the corner line on the wall in the middle and you can walk on walls in your house! Others can see this.

Don’t try walking to places like the theater to the town square. Use the map instead.
Money trees give you money. Shake certain ones to earn some cash.
If you play Alien Attack you can only get $10 even if you still have extra time left
